1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Jewelry items can be returned with in 2 days or exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Unboxing Video needed
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or repaired (unless performed by our authorized jewelers)
  • Items damaged due to improper care or wear
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Carefully package the jewelry in its original box or packaging to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the jewelry. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is a result of our mistake (e.g., wrong item or defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned jewelry is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Jewelry

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
  • Please provide clear unboxing video and photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

8. Custom or Engraved Jewelry

  • Custom-designed or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before placing an order to avoid errors.
